Core Responsibilities

  • Carry out UAE mainland and free zone company formation activities across jurisdictions such as DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, and Ajman.
  • Manage trade name reservations, initial approvals, MOA notarization, Ejari processing, and final licence issuance.
  • Support company amendments, including share transfers, capital adjustments, and director updates.
  • Prepare corporate documents such as powers of attorney, board resolutions, and amendments to MOA/AOA.
  • Coordinate licence renewals, quotations, CDR-related work, and customs code processing for clients.
  • Handle Employment Visa, Investor Visa, and Golden Visa applications through GDRFA and MOHRE.
  • Liaise regularly with DED, free zone authorities, typing centres, and PRO teams to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Update client records, maintain files accurately, and share progress/status updates with relevant stakeholders.

Required Profile

  • 1 to 2 years of UAE experience in company formation, PRO services, or business setup.
  • Practical knowledge of DED procedures, free zone processes, and visa processing.
