About the Role

This is a remote administrative position with a busy Australian accounting firm. The role is based in the Philippines and is suited to someone who is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable supporting both day-to-day office tasks and client-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help with client onboarding and the gathering of required documents.
  • Handle client emails and carry out follow-ups as needed.
  • Enter and update information in Xero and other internal tools.
