Company Overview
Jamali Uniform Solutions is an Ajman-based UAE manufacturer and supplier of uniforms. The business serves a wide mix of industries, including hospitality, corporate, healthcare, industrial, education, logistics, and more, offering both custom-made and ready-made uniform solutions.
Role Summary
This is a full-time Accountant position located in Ajman, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The role centers on handling everyday financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reliable reporting and decision-making across the business.
Key Duties
In this position, you will oversee core accounting activities such as payables and receivables, ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and expense monitoring. You will also prepare financial statements and management reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and make sure manufacturing and operational costs are allocated correctly. The role includes checking compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax rules, helping with internal and external audits, and improving financial workflows for better efficiency. You will work closely with operations, sales, and procurement teams to keep financial data accurate and useful.
Required Qualifications
The company is looking for someone with a solid grounding in financial accounting, ledger management, and financial reporting. Practical experience with invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, variance review, cost accounting, inventory control, and margin analysis is important. You should also be comfortable with UAE VAT and other compliance obligations, accounting software or ERP tools, and advanced Excel use. Strong organization, precision with numbers, and attention to detail are essential.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. Professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be considered an advantage. Background in manufacturing, textiles, or distribution will be helpful for this role.
