About the internship
The Wellness Shop is hiring a Talent Acquisition intern to support its human resources function. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting operations and broader HR activities within a fast-moving e-commerce business. You will work alongside the HR team to help manage day-to-day coordination, employee support tasks, and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support hiring activities by publishing job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Keep employee information accurate and up to date across records and HR systems.
- Assist in welcoming new joiners and conducting onboarding or induction sessions.
- Help plan and organize training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback through surveys and assist in reviewing the responses to improve workplace experience.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, agreements, and performance review paperwork.
- Handle routine HR administrative work, including filing, data entry, and other support tasks as required.
