Role Overview
This HR Coordinator internship is based in Thane and is an on-site, full-time opportunity. The role centers on recruitment support, candidate coordination, database upkeep, and assisting with overseas manpower hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist candidates using job portals, social platforms, and the company’s internal databases.
- Carry out phone screenings and first-round candidate evaluations.
- Stay in touch with applicants regarding openings, interview schedules, and document collection.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers current, and follow up for pending paperwork and process updates.
- Help build new sourcing channels and expand the recruitment agency network.
- Maintain CV files and arrange candidate profiles in a structured manner.
- Work alongside recruitment consultants and internal team members to support hiring activities.
- Assist with overseas manpower recruitment work as well as related administrative support.
- Support job posting efforts and outreach to potential candidates.
