The Affordable Organic Store is seeking a customer service/customer support intern for a part-time, work-from-home role. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates well in English and Hindi, and is comfortable working with MS Excel. What you will do
- Support customers over phone, email, and chat while resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Keep customer conversations and transaction details organised and accurate using MS Excel.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Spot process improvements and share practical, fresh ideas to make service better.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Build product knowledge by learning continuously about organic products and market trends.
- Help maintain a positive team culture and reflect the organisation’s focus on sustainability and affordability.
