What you will do
- Take ownership of the commercial strategy and the day-to-day execution plan.
- Define revenue targets, team performance goals, and weekly action priorities.
- Support and coordinate revenue, growth, partnerships, revenue operations, and client success functions.
- Track sales pipelines, lead-generation progress, and customer acquisition outcomes.
- Spot new revenue streams and identify potential growth channels.
- Run weekly review sessions with team leads and associates to assess progress.
- Strengthen internal systems, workflows, and reporting for the Commercial Office.
- Work closely with founders and management on business planning and strategic decisions.
- Keep commercial execution aligned with revenue objectives, brand positioning, and broader company goals.

Stipend
