Role Overview
This internship is centered on business development and sales support. The intern will work on inbound lead handling, qualification, telesales, and email-based prospect conversion, while also supporting customer management activities for incoming queries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries and leads from multiple inbound marketing channels.
- Engage with prospects, assess their needs, and qualify them into potential opportunities.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to account executives for closing.
- Use telesales and email communication to move prospects further down the funnel.
- Support inbound customer management by addressing concerns and routing them to the appropriate customer service executive.
- Build sales capability and business understanding with an eye toward growth into a client service executive role or a broader sales development pathway.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship. Candidates should be able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, commit for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.
