The company is hiring a caring clinical professional to provide virtual or telephone-based education and emotional support to patients and caregivers as they move through diagnosis and treatment.

Key accountabilities

• Deliver incoming or outgoing non-promotional disease-state education to designated customers based on client direction
• Provide outbound support to help patients and/or caregivers stay on medication
• Gather demographic details and track reimbursement-service and literature-fulfillment status
• Maintain strong service quality while following approved call guides and using live video conferencing tools or client-specific websites when needed
• Use only approved company or client materials without altering, reproducing, or sharing them
• Complete required training and competency assessments within the stated timelines and to the required standard
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers
• Support service delivery across multiple healthcare settings as assigned
• Contribute ideas for innovative approaches that may create new partnership opportunities
• Handle administrative work promptly, including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, email correspondence, and time reporting
• Attend local and national meetings or conferences as needed to stay current on plans, developments, and Patient Solutions knowledge
• Care for company equipment and materials according to instructions
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures
• Take on additional duties as requested

Required background and skills

• Active US healthcare professional license as an RN
• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or BSN
• At least 3 years of experience in neurology or sleep disorder settings preferred
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Strong telephone presence, including a pleasant manner and articulate voice
• Comfort using call center telephone technology
• Good organization and time-management ability
• Self-driven with strong personal motivation
• Ability to juggle several tasks at once

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.90 to $48.10. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
