About the role

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a UX/UI Engineer. The company is seeking someone whose background and experience align with the role and who is ready to contribute to the creation of engaging, functional, and well-crafted digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shape polished user interfaces and end-to-end digital experiences that balance visual appeal with practical usability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs and turn them into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Apply user-centered design practices to build intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Design responsively so interfaces perform well across screen sizes and devices.
• Improve product usability through testing, experimentation, and feedback analysis.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides that support consistency and efficiency.
• Develop front-end web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Work with developers to ensure design intent is implemented accurately and to provide UI/UX technical guidance.
• Stay current with new design tools, methods, and trends.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a culture of design quality and continuous improvement.
• Create wireframes, user flows, visual assets, and high-fidelity interactive mockups.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness problems.
• Revise mockups based on client feedback and align designs with requested style choices such as colors and fonts.
• Maintain and oversee existing systems as needed.
• Run user testing on applications to evaluate the experience and refine designs accordingly.
• Communicate design ideas, workflows, and solutions clearly to team members and clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong visual design and interface design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with UX design software such as InVision, Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to interpret client needs and create complete user journeys.
• Experience with website design and responsive design.
• Comfort with iterating quickly on designs and solutions.
• Good communication skills.
• Genuine interest in UX design and current industry trends and technologies.
• Strong design-thinking ability.
• Ability to build navigation elements and search fields.
• Ability to produce mockups and prototypes that clearly show how a site will look and work.
