Technical Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a technically minded sales and operations professional to support procurement, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and routine business operations in the maritime sector. The position requires frequent communication with internal teams and external partners, with a strong emphasis on written and spoken English and daily use of Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and company software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities and support purchasing workflows.
• Manage vendor interactions and maintain smooth supplier coordination.
• Assist with inventory planning and stock-related tracking.
• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks linked to maritime service delivery.
• Handle regular business communication through email and office software.
• Ensure customer and operational requirements are followed through properly.
• Work independently while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and deadlines.

Required Background

The preferred candidate should have prior exposure to procurement, vendor management, purchase orders, inventory control, supply chain work, operations management, logistics coordination, and cost control. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with comfort using MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP or accounting software. The role calls for structured thinking, practical problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position. The company will provide complete training to help the selected candidate understand its systems, workflows, and operational practices.
