Role overview

This position is for a mass hiring drive for Technical Support and Customer Support Executives who can handle both chat and voice interactions in Jaipur. The role offers a compensation of up to 4.50 LPA, along with incentives, a five-day workweek, and complimentary cab facility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical help to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Investigate customer-reported problems and identify the underlying issue.
• Work on resolving technical concerns quickly and effectively.
• Support users with software setup, installation, and version upgrades.
• Maintain proper records of customer cases in the ticketing platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close customer issues within expected timelines.

Candidate profile

• Applicants should be graduates or postgraduates from streams such as B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or BA.
• Strong spoken and written English communication is essential.
• Comfort with computer systems and basic networking concepts is required.
• Good troubleshooting ability and clear communication are important.
• The candidate must be able to explain technical points in simple language to non-technical users.
• A strong focus on customer service is necessary.
• Patience and empathy while handling customer concerns are expected.
