Role Overview

Young’s Pubs is looking for a Bar Team Member to join the team in Plymouth, England. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who enjoys working in a lively hospitality setting and takes pride in giving guests a great experience.

What You’ll Do

In this position, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, support day-to-day bar service, and contribute as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about outstanding customer care, brings a warm and approachable manner, and works well with others. You should be open to learning, ready to build product knowledge, and comfortable developing your skills through training.
