Role overview
Boots Ireland is seeking a highly organised, adaptable and detail-focused Team Administrator to support the People function. This role is central to keeping HR operations running smoothly through strong administrative support, coordination and responsive service in a busy, fast-moving environment.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the People strategy and wider business plan while working closely with a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the People team, including diary management, meeting scheduling, team events, travel arrangements and general correspondence.
- Raise purchase orders and set up new vendor accounts when required.
- Assist with the administration of colleague rewards and benefits programmes.
- Support coordination of fleet management activities.
- Respond promptly to urgent changes and queries to help the team stay organised and on schedule.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across in-person, phone and online channels.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports within required timeframes.
- Help deliver HR projects and work collaboratively with colleagues, stepping in where support is needed.
- Maintain accurate, structured and well-organised records and data systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support effective service delivery.

- Good workload planning skills with the ability to balance competing demands.
Desirable experience
- Previous HR experience or relevant qualifications would be helpful, though they are not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
