Key responsibilities
- Find, screen, and shortlist strong creative professionals such as editors, designers, strategists, and UGC creators.

- Review submitted creative work to make sure it meets brand and campaign expectations.
- Keep up with changes in the creative industry and evolving talent standards.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use sourcing channels such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, Billo, and similar platforms to locate strong candidates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in talent management, creative recruitment, influencer partnerships, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in hiring creative talent in busy, high-volume environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in interview and evaluation calls.
- Excellent planning and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle several pipelines at once.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or performance-focused teams.
- Ability to assess both technical creative ability and softer qualities such as communication and culture fit.
- Comfort reviewing portfolios, reels, and case studies.
- Hands-on experience with freelance and talent sourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, and similar tools.
- Solid understanding of creative production environments, preferably in agency or DTC settings.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contractor-style setup aligned to EST hours.
Compensation and benefits
The monthly pay range is USD 1,200 to USD 1,800, depending on experience.
- Fully remote, contract-based arrangement with a flexible working setup.
- Paid vacation time and public holidays.
- Emergency sick leave allowance.
- Opportunity to support fast-growing DTC brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health.
- Exposure to large-scale performance marketing and creative production systems.
- Collaborative work environment alongside experienced growth and creative teams.
- Chance to help build and expand a global creative talent network.
