Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

Repair Official is seeking a hands-on and imaginative social media content creator for its Al Ain, Abu Dhabi location. This full-time role is suited to someone who follows digital trends closely, enjoys producing engaging content, and knows how to connect with audiences across social platforms.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Six working days per week, with Saturday as the weekly day off
• Daily working hours: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook
• Handle the planning, filming, and posting of social media material
• Brainstorm campaign concepts, promotional ideas, and everyday content themes
• Interact with followers through comments, direct messages, and other interactive formats
• Keep track of current social media trends and adapt content accordingly
• Coordinate closely with the marketing and design teams
• Review content results and engagement metrics to improve performance
• Assist with photo shoots, video shoots, and wider marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is required
• Prior experience in social media management and content creation
• Experience with Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, as well as Snapchat Ads, is considered an advantage
• Understanding of campaign improvement methods and performance analysis
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Comfortable appearing on camera and taking initiative
• Practical skills in photo and video editing
