About the Company

The organisation is a major Singapore-based provider of underground utilities infrastructure solutions. Its work spans construction and upkeep of underground utilities, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance, asphalt pre-mix manufacturing, and recycling of construction waste.

Role Overview

This position is focused on protecting site safety, personnel, and company property. The Security Officer will carry out patrols, keep watch over CCTV feeds, manage access to the premises, and react to incidents and emergencies as needed. The role also requires accurate reporting, proper record-keeping, and adherence to established security standards.

Key Duties

• Make routine rounds around the site to maintain order and provide a visible security presence.
• Observe CCTV systems and identify any suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorised activity.
• Act quickly when alarms are triggered and assess incidents to support site safety.
• Manage entrances and exits so that only approved individuals are allowed into the premises.
• Escalate irregularities, breaches, and possible risks to reduce the chance of loss or damage.
• Draft and submit incident logs and daily activity records that are clear and accurate.
• Apply company security rules and operating procedures consistently.
• Assist during emergencies and support incident handling when required.
• Take on other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements

The role calls for a minimum N Level, O Level, or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid Security (PLRD) licence. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant security experience, preferably in guardhouse or site-based roles. A solid understanding of safety and security protocols is important, as are strong observation skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and stay composed in emergency situations.

This is a non-executive, full-time onsite role in Singapore. The office is located at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556, in North Singapore. The application closing date is 16 Jul 2026.
