Sales Support Team Lead (1pm-10pm Europe Hours)

Role overview

The Sales Support Team Lead is responsible for keeping quotations, sales proposals, and trial coordination moving quickly and accurately so the sales director can focus on closing business and high-value selling.

Core outcomes

• Quotations must be completed for at least 95% of requests within 4 hours, with a template library covering more than 90% of needs and no pricing mistakes.
• Proposal work should include 20+ template options supported by case studies, achieve a director score above 8/10, and never miss a deadline.
• Every trial must have a coordinator assigned, completion reports should be delivered within 48 hours, and logistics must run without failure.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience creating polished PowerPoint proposals and quotations at scale in a B2B sales environment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support or coordination within a B2B company, along with strong CRM proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, including producing a 15-slide proposal in 2 hours while handling three other requests.
• A service-first mindset, with examples framed around supporting the sales team rather than personal wins.
• Strong foresight and initiative, including preparing reports before trials end and drafting proposals in advance of being asked.
• Dependable execution with consistent punctuality, on-time delivery, and steady quality.

Work schedule and location

This is a full-time onsite role based in Changi, East Region, Singapore. The position requires coverage of the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Singapore time shift to align with European business hours. The workplace is planned to move to Punggol in early May 2026.
