Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and help build a strong qualified pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on identifying the right accounts, finding decision-makers, starting conversations, and moving interested prospects toward discovery calls.

Core Responsibilities

• Map out target organizations and define suitable customer profiles for agency and direct business opportunities.
• Investigate companies, confirm key decision-makers, and gather reliable contact and account details.
• Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM entries with clean, enriched data.
• Prepare, upload, and oversee lead lists for email-based outreach campaigns.
• Run cold email sequences, follow-up cadences, and personalized outreach messages.
• Drive replies and book meetings with prospects who show interest.
• Use LinkedIn for outreach, including connection requests, engagement, and follow-up communication.
• Develop prospect relationships through regular, well-timed communication that keeps interest alive.
• Call warm leads, handle qualification discussions, and assess whether they are a fit.
• Arrange discovery calls and calendar meetings for the sales team.
• Collect and validate details such as company background, decision-maker contacts, service needs, budget, and project timing.
• Screen leads carefully so only appropriate opportunities are sent to the sales team.
• Record activity, notes, and lead status updates accurately in HubSpot or another CRM.
• Monitor pipeline movement, maintain data quality, and support future follow-ups and reporting.
• Contribute to ongoing business development efforts through consistent prospecting and pipeline management.
