Role Overview

This position is for a high-performing Sales Development Representative who can consistently deliver strong outbound results while also contributing beyond day-to-day prospecting. In this role, you will help support team culture, raise the standard of the sales development function, and take part in cross-functional initiatives that improve performance and process.

The opportunity is designed for someone who is ready to make a measurable impact and grow into future roles within sales or other go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong quarter-over-quarter performance and deliver consistently against key sales targets.
• Conduct outbound outreach and strategic prospecting across multiple personas and industries.
• Create qualified opportunities and, in coordination with account executives, support the movement of those opportunities through the pipeline.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on messaging, tools, and outbound best practices.
• Spot gaps in processes, systems, or enablement support and recommend practical improvements.
• Represent SDR team needs in cross-functional discussions with professionalism and ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools or AI-driven workflows in daily work.
• A history of steady performance against targets.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Ability to handle objections and respond with thoughtful, solution-oriented messaging.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute toward shared goals.
• High empathy and an authentic approach to sales conversations.
• Analytical thinking and comfort using data and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Motivation to learn, contribute across functions, and take initiative from any level.
