Role Overview
As a Reservations Agent, you will help turn guest enquiries into confirmed room bookings while supporting revenue goals and protecting hotel profitability. This role is also about building strong connections with new and returning guests, along with collaborating closely with the Commercial and Front Office teams to deliver a smooth and memorable hospitality experience.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming first impression by delivering friendly, genuine service aligned with a high standard of hospitality.
- Work closely with Reservations, Groups, and other departments to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Maintain productive relationships with VIP guests, loyalty members, corporate customers, and internal teams.
- Use hotel systems such as OnQ PM, Delphi FDC, and The Lobby confidently, while staying knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area.
- Handle booking details accurately, protect data quality, and step in with front office support when needed.
- Support room revenue growth through proactive selling, handle guest feedback professionally, and look for ways to improve service quality.

Hospitality background and English fluency for translation-related tasks are helpful advantages.
