The position involves supporting and driving interdisciplinary scientific projects that bring together research, computational biology, administration, and coordination across functions.

Project Assistant - 0 to 1 year

The assistant role is designed for someone who can handle coordination, documentation, and day-to-day support for scientific teams.

What you will do

• Assist the Drug Discovery and Computational Biology teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Arrange meetings and keep project calendars up to date.
• Draft meeting minutes and monitor follow-up items.
• Organize project files, reports, and scientific records.
• Support procurement requests and track administrative actions.
• Maintain shared documents and folders using OneDrive and related collaboration tools.
• Prepare presentations and reports in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Help track project progress and keep timelines on course.

What is required

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Biotechnology, Computational Biology, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
• Good administrative and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Good planning, organization, and multitasking ability.
• A basic grasp of computational biology and drug discovery is an advantage.

Project Manager - 3 to 5 years

The manager role is suited to someone who can lead scientific projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep delivery on track.

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or drug discovery organizations.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery workflows and computational biology concepts.
• Experience managing scientific projects across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with MS Office, OneDrive, Zoom, and project management tools.

Preferred technical exposure
