Product & Visual Design Specialist

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a multidisciplinary design professional who can evaluate and improve design-related interview content, with particular attention to visual quality and UX/UI standards. The work is expected to run for 10 to 40 hours per week, and compensation is set at $20 to $64 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and polish design interview materials with a strong focus on visual design and user experience.
• Judge AI-created content for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with current design best practices.
• Provide clear, usable feedback that strengthens layouts, hierarchy, and overall usability.
• Work with AI training teams to keep outputs aligned with current industry expectations.
• Help improve AI systems by bringing applied design expertise to real-world use cases.
• Support user-first design thinking and consistent branding across reviewed materials.

Requirements

• Well-rounded design background with a strong portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary work.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design workflows.
• Ability to evaluate and shape branding and visual identity elements effectively.
