Process Worker - Permanent Full Time

About the role

George Weston Foods is hiring dependable, motivated Process Workers to support production on day and afternoon shifts. These are permanent full-time roles in a busy food manufacturing setting, offering steady ongoing work. The position is practical and hands-on, with responsibilities across production support, packing, and quality checks.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the production line by packing and getting products ready
• Using machinery and equipment, with full training provided
• Handling both raw and cooked meat products in a temperature-controlled environment
• Carrying out basic manual handling duties, including lifting and repetitive movements
• Working to food hygiene, safety, and workplace procedures
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily output goals

About you

This role suits people who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment. You should be able to maintain safety standards, follow instructions carefully, and contribute positively as part of a team.

Eligibility and screening

Applicants must be available to work full-time hours and have unrestricted working rights in Australia. A pre-employment medical is required, including drug and alcohol screening.
