Working conditions
The role may involve confined areas such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow passages, and similar spaces. Work can include exposure to animals, insects, termites, mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals. The company provides training for safe handling of these conditions.
Work may take place both indoors and outdoors in local weather conditions, with company-issued weather gear provided. The job requires frequent movement including sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, as well as moving up and down stairs, ladders, ramps, scaffolding, and poles. Personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, must be worn when required.

Candidates must be available Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Full-time colleagues receive benefits starting on day one with no waiting period. The package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with 401(k) retirement savings with company matching. Additional support includes vacation and sick time, company-paid holidays, floating holidays, tuition reimbursement for full-time colleagues, training and development opportunities, and multiple paths for career growth. The company also notes a culture that values performance, internal promotion, safety, and flexibility.
Additional information
The employer describes itself as a drug-free workplace and states that it complies with federal, state, and local laws concerning qualified individuals with disabilities. It also provides notices related to privacy rights in California and restrictions on lie detector testing in Massachusetts.
