Role Overview

This is a full-time payroll position based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The role is an on-site opportunity with a five-day workweek and is being hired as a direct, permanent placement. The employer supports a client operating in off-site construction and modular utility systems manufacturing.

Key Requirements

Prior exposure to the Dayforce payroll platform is strongly preferred.
Candidates should bring between 0.5 and 10 years of payroll experience.
Hands-on payroll processing expertise is required.
Experience handling tax-related payroll work is beneficial.
Experience with ATS tools is considered an advantage.
Background in accounts payable or accounts receivable is preferred.
Experience in the construction sector would be helpful.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree is a plus.
