Operations Executive

Role overview

As an Operations Executive at Cult.Fit, you will oversee the day-to-day running of fitness centers and help deliver a smooth customer experience. The role centers on improving operational workflows, managing logistics, and supporting both internal teams and customers. You will work closely with different functions to put in place improvements that increase efficiency and support Cult.Fit’s goal of making fitness available to everyone.

Core responsibilities

• Handle spare parts operations from start to finish and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain well-structured records for orders, stock movement, and all related communications so information can be easily tracked and reviewed.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and place replenishment orders based on usage so stockouts do not occur.
• Carry out reconciliation tasks and manage dispatch activities.
• Enter and process orders accurately.
• Track spare parts movement and availability.
• Ensure that items are dispatched within 24 hours after an order is received.
• Use strong communication, analytical thinking, and ownership to resolve issues quickly and complete tasks on time.
