About the Employer
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort destination in the United Arab Emirates, scheduled to open in 2027. Set on a scenic island curving into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.
Role Overview
The resort is hiring an Onboarder to support its Talent Acquisition function and help new hires move into their roles smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Share the right information, guidance, and resources so new employees can settle in successfully.
- Handle pre-employment steps such as background verification, paperwork, contract preparation, benefits enrollment, and related documentation.
- Arrange employee profile creation, IT access requests, and other workplace setup needs in a timely manner.
- Review onboarding workflows regularly and suggest improvements that strengthen the new hire experience and retention.
- Keep onboarding trackers current so progress and status updates are recorded accurately.
- Organize employee records and make sure all files are complete and correct.
- Ensure HR systems and personnel records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Take on additional duties assigned by the Assistant Manager.
- Handle employee and company information with strict confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant will bring 1–2 years of experience in HR or hospitality, ideally with exposure to onboarding or employee relations. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is required. Strong English communication skills are essential, and other languages are an advantage. The role also calls for confidence in public speaking, solid organization, the ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels, excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to manage several tasks at the same time. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
