Role Overview

This position supports day-to-day manufacturing and production activities at the Hosur facility. The role is focused on maintaining a clean, compliant work environment, running equipment safely, and ensuring that output meets required quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the workplace orderly and hygienic in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) so that product safety and quality are protected.
• Use and sanitize production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Carry out production steps exactly as defined in Line Master Records (LMRs) and confirm that all actions match the required specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate production plans for the present and upcoming months so orders are completed on time while quality and safety expectations are met.
• Assist with internal and external audits by organizing required activities and keeping records accurate, current, and complete.
• Carry out in-process checks and record the results under the guidance of a team lead or supervisor to help maintain consistency in output.
• Follow and uphold major quality and safety systems, including cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP.
• Manage blending, packing, and labeling of finished products, ensuring correct handling, label accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Operational Requirements

• Ability to follow SOPs, LMRs, and other controlled manufacturing documents precisely.
• Comfort working in a regulated production environment with strict hygiene, safety, and documentation standards.
• Attention to detail for checks, labeling, record-keeping, and compliance-related tasks.
• Coordination skills for supporting schedules, audits, and team-based production activities.
