About the role

McDonald’s is looking for a maintenance team member in Tampa, FL. This position plays an important part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting a clean and safe environment for guests and crew, and helping uphold food safety and storage standards. The role is designed to offer flexibility while making employees feel appreciated.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $16.25 to $18.47, along with cash incentives.

• Keep guest- and employee-accessible areas clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Receive deliveries and restock supplies as needed.
• Carry out regular equipment and building-system inspections and basic safety checks.
• Help maintain food safety and storage practices at a high standard.
