Role Overview

You will contribute to front-end work across websites, landing pages, and CMS-driven properties, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and cross-functional teamwork. The role also involves maintaining WordPress and other content management systems, supporting quality checks, and continuously improving development practices.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI and UX designs into clean, organized, and reusable front-end code.
• Develop marketing-focused web assets that provide a strong experience on all device types.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver reliable, high-quality work.
• Support search engine optimization, conversion rate improvements, and performance-oriented website enhancements.
• Take part in team conversations and contribute ideas that improve development processes.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across different browsers.
• Ensure websites work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Follow front-end standards that support usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Update and manage WordPress sites and other CMS platforms.
• Implement content changes, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Help with ongoing site upgrades and feature additions.
• Find and fix front-end defects and visual issues.
• Test across browsers and devices to confirm consistent performance.
• Help uphold code quality and development standards across projects.
• Keep learning modern front-end tools and industry practices.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or junior-level roles.
• Exposure to live websites or web applications is considered a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or comparable front-end frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience using WordPress or other CMS tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Comfort using Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable design tools.
• Basic awareness of website performance tuning and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and good collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
• Good organization and time-management habits.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines is desirable.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated sectors is beneficial.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
• English fluency is expected; Arabic is a strong advantage.
