Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide analytical assistance.
• Create charts, visual summaries, and presentations that make findings easy to understand for non-technical audiences.
• Support senior analysts with more complex projects and one-off reporting requests.
• Track data quality and suggest ways to improve processes or strengthen the underlying data.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Foundational SQL skills for database queries.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and careful attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Interest in learning new tools, methods, and technologies related to data analysis.
