About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our Stuttgart team and help shape projects from the earliest concept stage through permit planning and beyond. The role is ideal for someone who wants to do more than draft plans: you will actively contribute to architectural and urban development projects, combining creative design thinking with technical accuracy.
The studio focuses on sustainable, forward-looking solutions and supports projects through all planning stages with a strong commitment to design quality. Collaboration, dialogue, and personal responsibility are central to the way the team works.
What You Will Work On
- Contributing to a wide range of architecture and urban development projects across different scales and briefs
- Supporting projects from concept development through execution planning
- Bringing in your own ideas and helping refine design approaches
- Using modern digital planning workflows and BIM in close coordination with the BIM management team
- Handling sustainability-oriented tasks, including projects in timber and hybrid timber construction
- Working in an international, technically strong team that shares knowledge and supports one another
- Collaborating directly with project and office leadership through short decision-making paths
- Growing toward broader responsibility, with potential development into project or team leadership
What We Are Looking For
- A completed degree in architecture at bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma level
- Genuine interest in high-quality architecture and in developing projects holistically
- A structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Strong commitment, teamwork, and communication skills
- Practical experience with ArchiCAD or similar CAD/BIM software
- Confident use of standard office applications
- Good German language skills at B2 level or higher
