Asico is hiring a Human Resources Manager to take charge of the company’s full HR function. This position is responsible for shaping and executing HR policies and practices that align with business goals, while supporting a healthy, productive, and compliant workplace.

The selected candidate will manage HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, benefits administration, visa and immigration coordination, compliance, engagement, and HR recordkeeping.

HR Operations and Policy

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
  • Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
  • Ensure company practices remain aligned with internal rules and applicable labour and employment laws.
  • Prepare HR forms, templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Share HR updates, recommendations, and key matters with senior leadership.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Handle the full hiring cycle, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
  • Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and manpower plans.
  • Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Ensure new hires experience a smooth and well-organized onboarding process.

Employee Relations

  • Encourage a professional, respectful, and ethical work culture.
  • Resolve employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a fair and timely way.
  • Carry out disciplinary inquiries and suggest suitable action where required.
  • Support managers and employees with guidance on HR-related matters.

Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Support

  • Coordinate with Finance to support accurate payroll by checking attendance, leave, overtime, and salary changes.
  • Review and manage salary increment recommendations and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle medical insurance coordination, including enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, and claim support.
  • Issue employment-related letters and certificates such as salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, and similar documents.

Visa, Immigration, and Government Coordination

  • Oversee employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID coordination, and work permit requirements.
  • Liaise with the company PRO and government departments to ensure documentation is processed on time.
  • Track visa expiry dates and ensure renewals are completed within deadlines.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRIS/HRMS data.
  • Protect the confidentiality of employee information and manage records responsibly.
  • Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and other employment lifecycle documents.
  • Manage exit procedures such as resignations, terminations, final settlements, clearance, and exit interviews.

Performance, Engagement, and Planning

  • Coordinate the performance review cycle and track employee appraisal outcomes.
  • Support managers in identifying learning and development needs.
  • Recommend development plans and succession planning initiatives.
  • Organize engagement activities, wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and company events within approved budgets.
  • Contribute to annual HR budgeting and manpower planning with department heads.
  • Monitor HR spend and suggest cost-effective improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics covering headcount, turnover, recruitment progress, leave balances, and other management dashboards.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen HR effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The role calls for 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in real estate, property management, or a similar sector.
