Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can lead core people operations and shape a strong people strategy across the company. This position suits someone at mid-level to senior management level who can balance day-to-day HR delivery with longer-term organizational planning. The role spans recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, all aimed at supporting business growth and a healthy workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

Create and roll out HR policies, processes, and practices that support business goals.
Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and selection through to onboarding.
Handle employee relations matters, including disputes, corrective actions, and workplace concerns.
Run performance management activities such as appraisals, KPI tracking, and development planning.
Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and recognition or reward programs.
Keep the organization compliant with labor legislation, employment rules, and internal standards.
Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and initiatives that strengthen company culture.
Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and broader organizational development efforts.
Review HR data and metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
Oversee learning and development programs that build employee capability.
Work with HR technologies including HRIS, ATS, and other digital HR tools.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the people agenda is aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

Solid background in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering.
Good understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and standard HR practices.
Hands-on experience in hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
Ability to solve problems effectively and manage conflict professionally.
Comfort with handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Exposure to HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms is beneficial.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field is preferred.
Professional HR credentials such as SHRM or CIPD are an added advantage.
