Overview

A stealth startup in San Francisco is hiring a highly organized, execution-oriented Head of Program Management to own major cross-functional initiatives and keep strategic programs moving on schedule.

What you'll do

Own the program management function across the company.
Translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution plans.
Build and refine program management processes, frameworks, and operating practices.
Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and other functions.
Manage schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Prepare progress updates and status reporting for company leadership.
Strengthen operational efficiency and execution rigor.
Keep teams aligned on goals, milestones, and ownership.

Requirements

8 to 12 years of experience in program or project management.
Background leading large, complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Track record of driving execution in fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with program management tools and established methodologies.

Preferred qualifications

PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in technology or product-led organizations is preferred.
Exposure to engineering and product team collaboration is beneficial.
