Overview
An established architectural practice is hiring a Graduate Architectural Technologist to become part of its growing Birmingham team. The firm works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects and offers an opportunity to build experience in a broad practice environment.

Salary range: GBP25,000 to GBP30,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Create technical architectural drawings based on planning layouts
- Contribute architectural design support to residential and commercial schemes
- Prepare detailed design documentation
- Complete and file building regulation and planning submissions
Skills and Experience
- A degree in Architectural Technology
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience after qualification in a related position is helpful but not mandatory
- Capability with standard industry tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Solid detailing and design capability
- Good technical understanding with close attention to detail
- Ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team
- Must live within commuting distance of the Birmingham area
