Role overview
Georgiou, now part of STRABAG SE, is looking for an experienced Formworker to contribute to the Tonkin Extension Alliance project in Perth. This is a full-time site-based position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work depending on project needs.

What you will be doing
- Supporting major civil works, including bridge structures and concrete components.
- Building and maintaining conventional timber and steel formwork systems.
- Assisting with other site tasks as required.
- Working closely with the broader construction team to deliver project outcomes.
- Following site HSEQ standards and maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times.
Skills and experience needed
- Hands-on formwork experience, including erecting and maintaining conventional timber and steel systems.
- Prior civil construction exposure, ideally on large bridge projects.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to operate a telehandler, supported by the relevant ticket.
- Trade-qualified carpenter status is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- A valid C Class driver’s licence and White Card.
- A solid safety history and commitment to safe work practices.
Work pattern
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday work when project requirements demand it.
