Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Riyadh for a professional who will direct FMMA (Facility Management and Maintenance Agreement) projects from the earliest stages through final delivery. The role is responsible for guiding project plans, defining scope, managing schedules, controlling budgets, and allocating resources so that all contractual commitments and company standards are met.
The Project Director will lead coordination across internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, track performance indicators, and take corrective action when needed to protect service quality and operational efficiency. The position also includes preparing management reports, delivering status updates to senior leadership, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and internal procedures, and promoting ongoing improvements in process and results. In addition, the role requires proactive risk management, clear stakeholder communication, and support for a safe, cooperative workplace that reflects Majestic’s values.
Key Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in facilities management, ideally 10 years or more; candidates with at least 5 years of highly relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong exposure to FM mobilization, governance structures, and operational readiness planning.
- Previous experience in client-side, managing agent, or consultancy settings is preferred.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple stakeholders, service providers, and operational touchpoints.
- Background in large or complex environments such as developments, logistics, industrial, infrastructure, aviation, or similar projects.
- Solid skills in reporting, governance, risk oversight, and service assurance.
- Candidate should already be based in Saudi Arabia or be prepared to relocate there.
