About the Role
This position supports day-to-day operations for a residential compound in Dubai within the oil and gas sector. The coordinator will help maintain a comfortable and efficient living and working environment for staff by handling accommodation, catering, meeting arrangements, and transport coordination.
Contract & Employment Details
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. The role is outsourced through Manpower Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily compound logistics, including housing arrangements, food services, and upkeep of facilities.
- Plan and support internal meetings and conferences, including room setup, equipment preparation, and materials coordination.
- Manage company vehicle schedules, servicing, and utilisation to keep transport running smoothly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external providers such as landlords, catering vendors, and transport suppliers.
- Track service standards and quickly address resident questions or feedback to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support and carry out other tasks assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A college diploma or higher is required; a background in administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Chinese or Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred, along with strong written and spoken English.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is needed, and overseas work experience is considered an advantage.
