Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a busy team in North Lakes as an Expeditor, supporting the management of residential repair claims in a fast-moving setting. The position centres on keeping repairs on track, maintaining strong relationships with builders, and making sure cases move forward within expected service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of residential repair claims from start to finish
- Chase up delayed inspections, reports, scopes, approvals, and repair milestones
- Work with builders and internal teams to remove roadblocks and fix issues
- Track aged claims, inactivity reports, and service-level commitments
- Set priorities according to customer impact, urgency, and level of risk
- Keep records accurate and maintain clear action plans and status updates
- Raise unresolved concerns and assist with recovery planning when needed
- Support a strong customer experience through proactive updates and follow-through
About You
You are likely to have experience in expediting, repair coordination, supplier coordination, or another role that involves managing workflows and stakeholders. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment, with solid organisation, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to communicate clearly. A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work well across several teams will be important. Experience working to service targets, KPIs, or performance measures will be an advantage.
