Opportunity Overview
This role is for a highly organized Executive Assistant who will serve as an operational partner to the CFO and CPO. Beyond standard executive support, the position also carries responsibility for the systems and coordination that keep both functions running smoothly, including meeting cadence, initiative follow-up, and accountability for OKRs. The company is looking for someone who can use AI thoughtfully to reduce repetitive tasks while also helping strengthen team culture.
Two Executive Assistant openings are being recruited for in total: one focused on Finance plus People & Culture, and another supporting GTM, Customer Success, and Clinical Strategy. This version of the role reflects the scope for Finance and People & Culture, and candidates from a variety of EA and adjacent backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Core Administrative Support
- Take ownership of both executives’ calendars and travel planning, spotting conflicts early, preserving focus time, and making sure they are fully prepared for each commitment.
- Submit expense reports accurately and within required timelines.
Meetings, Agendas, and Follow-Through
- Build and manage agendas for leadership and company-wide meetings by collecting topics ahead of time, organizing priorities, and circulating pre-reads.
- Run leadership meetings effectively by documenting decisions as they happen and maintaining an active action log with assigned owners and deadlines.
- Identify unresolved items and proactively push them to completion without needing reminders.
Initiatives and OKR Management
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of major initiatives across both organizations and highlight risks or slippages before they escalate.
- Oversee OKR submission and review cycles, ensuring leaders provide inputs on time.
- Keep essential planning documents current, including OKRs, strategic priorities, and operating frameworks.
AI-Driven Operations
- Use AI tools to streamline routine work such as meeting summaries, draft agendas, status updates, and follow-up tracking.
- Help shape a modern operating approach by bringing practical ideas for tools and workflows that improve efficiency.
Culture and Events
- Coordinate team offsites, quarterly gatherings, and all-hands events for both groups.
- Work with Learning & Development and Workplace teams to create consistent and meaningful culture-building moments throughout the year.
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to exchange best practices and strengthen cross-team relationships.

Compensation
The stated base pay range is USD 90,000 to USD 125,000 per year. Base salary is only one part of total compensation. Depending on the role, employees may also qualify for an annual bonus or commission, and some positions may include overtime pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related considerations.
