Role overview

CSCEC Middle East is hiring an Electrical QA/QC Engineer to become part of its Quality Assurance and Quality Control team on a large-scale high-rise tower project in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Draft and submit the project method statement and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Make sure site inspections are carried out in line with the approved ITP.
Confirm that testing activities are performed according to the approved method statement and ITP.
Keep track of site tools and equipment that require calibration.
Compile the monthly QA/QC report along with the project KPI report.
Coordinate with the consultant to address quality-related site issues.
Work with the consultant to close out non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Document snagging and de-snagging activities for architectural and interior design finishes.
Maintain all QA/QC documentation in accordance with the project quality plan and IMS requirements.

Qualifications

An engineering degree in Electrical.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is part of a full-time, onsite project environment.
