Overview

Role Summary
- This opportunity is available as either a full-time or part-time position.
- It is suited to candidates with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- You will plan, carry out, and review daily care routines and learning programmes for children individually and in groups.
- You will form warm, respectful, and trusting relationships with children and their families or caregivers.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification. You should be able to work 3 or 5 days per week and have at least 2 years of experience in an educator role within a childcare service. A valid Working with Children Check is required, or you must be willing to obtain one. A current First Aid certificate is also required, or you must be willing to obtain it. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the ability to design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. You should also feel confident working with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.
