The role

Veolia ANZ is looking for HR-licensed Drivers to join the Kalgoorlie team and safely operate a range of waste collection vehicles, including Front Lift, Hook Lift, Rear Lift, Skip Lift and Liquid Heavy Ridged Trucks. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with room to grow into broader responsibilities and career progression.

The roster is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and overtime as required.

What the job involves

• Working on secure, long-term contracts that involve collecting waste and recyclable material.
• Moving multiple waste streams to approved disposal sites.
• Delivering strong service to both internal teams and external customers.
• Building the capability to operate different vehicles and equipment as needed.

What you need to bring

• A current HR licence.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Kalgoorlie and the surrounding area.
• A safety-first approach to work.
• Care and accuracy when completing paperwork.
• The ability to learn to handle a range of fleet and equipment.
• A Controlled Waste Ticket and forklift licence are highly desirable.
