About the role
Addpetizer and Encounter SG are looking for a digitally savvy video creator who can turn fast-moving ideas into engaging short-form content. This position centers on developing, producing, and delivering social-first videos for Instagram and TikTok, both for the company’s own channels and for client accounts.
The team values someone who can think quickly, adapt to changing trends, and balance creative instincts with hands-on technical execution. You should be comfortable moving from concept to final cut with speed and attention to quality, especially when reacting to time-sensitive social trends.
You will also contribute to the @Encounter.sg production team, which focuses on telling lesser-known human-interest stories across digital platforms. If you enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and creating meaningful story-led content, this work will suit you well.
What you’ll do
- Develop fresh video concepts for owned and client social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Spot relevant trends, sounds, and audio clips that can be adapted into effective content.
- Handle the full production flow efficiently, from idea development through to post-production.
- Capture and edit videos directly on a mobile phone with confidence.
- Support live events and brand activations through Instagram Live and TikTok Live, while engaging with partner audiences.
- Deliver work on schedule so content can go live while trends are still current.

This role suits a creative self-starter who can work quickly without losing quality. You should be comfortable combining artistic judgment with technical editing know-how, and you need the confidence to take an idea and push it forward independently.
