Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Role overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a multidisciplinary design specialist who can help evaluate and improve design interview material with a strong emphasis on UX, UI, and visual design. The work is flexible, with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, and compensation is set between $20 and $64 per hour.

What you will do

• Review and refine design interview content, with particular attention to visual quality and UX/UI relevance.
• Judge AI-created materials for usability, presentation quality, and alignment with current design best practices.
• Provide practical recommendations to strengthen layout, hierarchy, and the end-user experience.
• Work alongside AI training teams to keep outputs aligned with changing industry expectations.
• Help improve AI products by applying broad design expertise to real-world examples and scenarios.
• Promote user-first design thinking and consistent brand application across reviewed materials.

Requirements

• Several years of multidisciplinary design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Good command of typography, composition, and visual design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Strong ability in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design workflows.
• Capability to evaluate and shape branding and visual identity components.
