What you'll do

• Build and maintain data pipelines that prepare and deliver data from multiple source systems.
• Work closely with business, finance, and data engineering teams to ensure smooth and effective data integration.
• Act as a connector between technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional communication.
• Design and implement semantic models and create audience-appropriate reports in Power BI.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and help drive measures that raise data quality and availability.

What we're looking for

• A completed degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable background.
• Hands-on knowledge of Databricks for building, implementing, and optimizing efficient ETL workflows in a cloud environment.
• Strong practical experience in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI, including visual analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Very solid command of DAX for complex calculations and key metrics in Power BI, along with confident SQL skills for querying and analyzing data; additional query or scripting languages are a plus.
• Good communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with other departments.
