Responsibilities
- Place orders for food items and kitchen consumables as needed.
- Cook full meals as well as single dishes and other menu items.
- Prepare special meals for customers with allergies or food intolerances.
- Check kitchen spaces and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
- Provide training to team members on food preparation, cooking, and handling practices.
- Arrange the purchase of supplies and equipment for the kitchen.
- Oversee kitchen employees and support staff in daily operations.
- Track stock levels and keep records for food, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and preparation area.
- Coordinate and manage overall kitchen activities and workflow.
