About the role
Aterim Ireland is an independent provider of staffing solutions, temporary work, and payroll services. The company is looking for a Communication Intern to join its Dublin team for a final-year internship lasting 4 to 6 months.
Important eligibility note
Only applications from students currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a French school or university, who are seeking a final-year internship of 4 to 6 months and have the legal right to live and work in Ireland, will be considered. Any other application will be automatically declined.
Key responsibilities
You will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to several growth-focused initiatives across three main areas.
- Support the company’s digital communication and social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Build editorial calendars and produce content such as visuals, short videos, and written social posts.
- Monitor trends and review content performance to help improve results.
- Write newsletters, blog content, and press releases.
- Refresh and design communication materials including presentations, brochures, and flyers.
- Contribute to the organization of internal and external events such as trade shows, seminars, and team-building activities.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to contribute, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
You should be in the final year of a Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fluency in both French and English is required. You also need strong command of digital tools, social media platforms, and graphic creation software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
From a personal standpoint, the company is looking for someone creative and proactive, able to suggest new ideas, work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities responsibly. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are also important, especially in an international setting.
Terms of the internship
This is a final-year internship with a duration of 4 to 6 months. The planned start date is August 2026. The role is based at Block 1 Airvista Office Park, D09PK24, Dublin, Ireland.
Compensation
The internship pays €4.50 per hour.
